Parc Trostre Retail Park provides you with a safe shopping experience. We employ a number of overt security measures, but also operate a number of unseen, covert security measures for your protection.

Car Parking

Parc Trostre has over 1,000 parking spaces, including disabled, parent & child and 5 motor bike spaces in the front main car park outside Primark and JD Sports.

Parking is free.

Tesco operates a 3-hour limit and £70 penalty with their automatic number plate recognition system.

Car Park Open Times:

  • Monday -Thursday: 7.30am – 10.30pm
  • Friday & Saturday: 7.30am – 11.30pm
  • Sunday: 8am – 10.30pm

Car parking is available and the car park will be CLOSED when maximum capacity has been reached.

We are proud to be awarded The Park Mark as part of The Safer Parking Scheme.

Please note our rear car parks are open 24 hours.

There is NO ENTRY from the Parc Trostre car park to TESCO. If you wish to shop at Tesco, please use the Tesco car park.

EV Car Charging Stations

There are 4 public charge point sockets available at Parc Trostre. These are operated by Clenergy EV: www.clenergy-ev.com

The Clenergy EV app will need to be used to activate a charge at these charge points, available on the App Store and Google Play store. The app allows usage in both the English and Welsh language. A web app is also available at clenergy.online. The current price is 75p per kWh.

These are located in the rear car park, opposite Burger King.

Toilets & Disabled

Toilet facilities are provided by M&S, Tesco, ASDA Living, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, KFC and Everlast Fitness (members only).

Disabled toilets can be found at M&S and Tesco.
