News — Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice at Parc Trostre: October & December

 

We are delighted to announce that Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice will be joining us on the park w/c 27th October and w/c 8th December.

When a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own. Their ambition is to make sure that all families have the care and support they need, in life, death and beyond.
